NixTierCancel contracts here
Here you cancel your “Fresh every day” subscription (monthly or yearly). You don’t need an account – your e-mail address for the confirmation is enough.
- Monthly subscription: an ordinary cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. There is no minimum term.
- Yearly subscription: an ordinary cancellation takes effect at the end of the first year, after that at any time with one month’s notice. We refund amounts paid in advance for the time after the contract ends pro rata.
- Until the contract ends, your child keeps getting new stories and quiz questions every day. After that there are – as without a subscription – maths and stories from the stock.
- Packs (extras) are one-off purchases without a term; there is nothing to cancel. To withdraw from a contract, use Withdraw from contract.

An acknowledgement of receipt with date and time is on its way to the address given; it also states when the contract ends. Please check your spam folder too.
You can also cancel informally in text form, e.g. by e-mail to admin@ai-design-thinking.de – ideally from the e-mail address used for the purchase. Details are in the terms.
